Its heavy-duty construction of aluminised steel is strong, hardwearing and resistant to warping under high temperatures, meaning this tray is built to last. Internally reinforced with superior Black Diamond non-stick coating, its highly effective at preventing bakes from sticking to the tray, making for an effortless release and exceptional clean. Its high abrasion resistance makes the tray safe to use with metal utensils without damage while suitable for use in the oven up to 260C/500F. Versatile by design, the baking tray is perfect for baking and roasting cookies, shortbreads and potatoes, while suitable for use in the fridge, freezer and dishwasher – although hand wash is recommended to maintain the tray’s finish.
