Your shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on your postcode, We offer Free Delivery on qualifying orders.

Age Verified Delivery on Knife and blade sales requires proof of age I.D. upon delivery.

Liquids Delivery Service covers paints and other hazardous items.

Parcel Deliveries are shipped Monday to Friday by 2 pm, orders placed after 1 pm may not be shipped until the following working day.

Whenever possible we use re-use and recycle packaging boxes and materials.

Handling times vary, we endeavour to keep live stock on our website and orders are usually shipped immediately, some items and shipping delays incur longer handling times of up to 5 days, beyond this we will contact you regarding any delay.

If you live within our postcode range you will be offered the choice of Free Delivery on all orders or Click & Collect.

Large Appliance Delivery

We offer installation on freestanding and built in home appliances within our postcode limited range see rates table below.

To maintain a consistent local delivery service to all our customers we deliver between 10am and 1pm Monday to Saturday. We understand this isn’t always convenient and in certain circumstances may offer times outside our regular schedule, these may incur an additional charge.

Appliance Installation requirements:

Please note installation is only available on products delivered by Staines & Brights, and not if your product has been delivered by a courier.

Where a connection service has been requested, please note that it is subject to compatible plumbing and electrical services, as appropriate, being available and the service may be cancelled if extreme difficulties are encountered. Neither we nor our Specialists are obliged to provide any alterations or additional equipment of any kind especially involving carpentry or specialist electrician or plumbing expertise.

• ‘Consumer Electronics ‘ Connection is ‘Plug and Play’ set up on LCD, LED, UHD and Plasma using existing connections. Please note wall mounting and aerial installation is not available to order through the site, but in store purchases can include this service.
• ‘Electric’ Cooker Connection is only available to existing official Electrical fittings.  Cable is not supplied and if required will be charged for.
• Gas’ Cooker Connection is only available via a Gas Safe registered fitter arranged by the customer to existing official Gas connections.
• ‘Dual Fuel’ Cooker Connection is only available via a Gas Safe registered fitter arranged by the customer to existing official connections.
• ‘American Style Fridge Freezer’ connection is only available to existing official connections.
• ‘Range Cooker’ connection is only available to existing official connections.

Disposal

We do offer recycling of your old appliances, costs vary and are optional on the product pages.  We recycle all packaging from your new appliance too Free of Charge.
