Sugar/Jam/Fry Dial Thermometer

Description

A dial sugar and jam thermometer with a long 30cm probe and 62mm diameter dial.

With coloured zones for indicating the correct temperatures for preparing jams, preserves, toffee etc.

Features an adjustable red pointer to highlight required temperature zone as well as a pan clip to stop the whole thermometer falling in the pan.
