Parcel Delivery

Staines and Brights shipping starts at just £2.90, see the parcel shipping rates below for more information or enter your address in the basket to calculate the postage.

Your shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on your postcode, We offer Free Delivery on qualifying orders.

Age Verified Delivery on Knife and blade sales requires proof of age I.D. upon delivery.

Liquids Delivery Service covers paints and other hazardous items.

Parcel Deliveries are shipped Monday to Friday by 2 pm, orders placed after 1 pm may not be shipped until the following working day.

Whenever possible we use re-use and recycle packaging boxes and materials.

Handling times vary, we endeavour to keep live stock on our website and orders are usually shipped immediately, some items and shipping delays incur longer handling times of up to 5 days, beyond this we will contact you regarding any delay.

If you live within our postcode range you will be offered the choice of Free Delivery on all orders or Click & Collect.

Parcel Shipping Rates

We ship parcels Monday to Friday.

Orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday (excluding bank holidays)

We endeavour to pick, pack and ship your parcel so its out to you for next day delivery, but please allow 1 – 2 days for handling at busy times.

During peak busy times (Black Friday / Christmas) couriers may take longer to ship your parcel.

Fast shipping is sent out on the next available service on the fastest option available to your area.

We are closed during bank holidays, orders are processed the next working day.

Parcels will not be left unless instructed to do so, however parcels maybe delivered to neighbours without prior instruction.
