Paul Hollywood is a man who knows a thing or two about pizza. After all, he once travelled around Italy searching for the perfect version of this Mediterranean masterpiece. And now he’s sharing the secrets of pizza perfection with his very own pizza tray, created with a little help from the folks at KitchenCraft.
The traditional way to bake a great pizza is to use a wood-fired oven, which blasts the base for a beautifully crisp result. This pan recreates that effect in a home oven, using tiny aerating holes to give you a crunchy-crisp base with evenly cooked toppings. And like all of Paul’s bakeware, it’s made of strong carbon steel with a superior champagne-coloured non-stick coating for easy release.
The tray measures 32 cm (12½”) in diameter, so it’s great for cooking big home-baked pizzas to share with friends and family. It’s just as good for shop-bought pizzas too, as well as bruschetta, chips and other foods that need that ‘crunch’.
