Handling time and charges

Some items are subject to handling fees, these are clearly marked during the checkout proceedure.
All items are subject to a small period of handling time, for items ordered on a Sunday we do not process the order untill the next working day, and for items ordered after 2pm these will not be shipped until the following working day.

We have always provided our customers with a free local delivery option, now on selected products we can offer this service along with free installation and free recycling too.
Once your item has been ordered we will call you to arrange a suitable day for delivery.
